Florida allows for criminal arrest records to be sealed or
expunged depending on how the case was resolved. We have participated in hundreds of successful sealings

Florida law allows for a person who has had their criminal record sealed or
expunged to deny the arrest and all subsequent actions taken in the case and it
makes such record a non-public record.

allows you to have that arrest history expunged in what is called an
